Duhh is an online Social Bookmarking and Social Media web blog. Before you jump into the opportunities available on our sites, please take a moment to review this User Agreement . This Agreement is an agreement between you (referred to hereinafter as “You”, “Your,” “Member,” or “User”) and Ingen Ltd. It is important that you understand both the benefits we provide, as well as our limitations.
This Agreement applies to the web sites owned by Duhh and its affiliates (referred to hereinafter as either “Duhh” or” sites”). This agreement also applies to the various services offered by Duhh (collectively, the “Services”). While the Sites each offer a different combination of services and tools from one site to another, this agreement reflects our approach to memberships across our Sites and Services.
1. Service Terms
A. Service Limitations.
We will do our best to make your experience with Duhh and Services a pleasurable one. However, we cannot always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data or other service interruptions. For this reason, you agree that Duhh and Services, including the services of our third-party service providers, are provided “AS IS”. Duhh and Services and our third-party service providers cannot assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any data.
B. Service Changes and Discontinuation.
Duhh reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Sites and Services at any time without notice. You agree that Duhh will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of these Sites and Services.
2. Content On Our Sites
Our sites include a combination of content that we create, that our partners create, and that our users create. Some materials published on our sites, including, but not limited to, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, sound or video clips, and Flash animation, are protected by our copyrights or trademarks or those of our partners. After posting your Content to Duhh, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose.
Our site contains content that we create as well as content provided by third parties. This content includes, among other things, images, articles, stories and news. It also includes information about social bookmarking sites and services offered by parties other than Duhh, such as Digg Top Stories, Del.icio.us Stories and other social bookmarking sites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, the integrity, or the quality of the content on our sites, and you may not rely on any of this content. Without limitation, we are not responsible for postings by users in the comments, message board, or feedback sections of our sites.
You may be exposed to content that you find offensive, indecent, or objectionable or that is inaccurate, and you bear all risks associated with using that content. We have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that may, in our sole discretion, violate these Terms or that is otherwise objectionable.
3. Your Conduct On Our Sites
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not use our sites to take any of the following actions:
(1.) Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal right of others;

We respect the intellectual property of authors and creators and every attempt has been made to make sure that they are free use or public domain. If you notice copyright violation on this web site, please contact the web manager and we will resolve the matter. Of course, it is not our intention to infringe your copyright. The accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality or timeliness of any information cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for results obtained from the use or misuse of this information.

5. Additional Terms.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by Duhh or by a third party who has included material on our sites, please provide the following information to Duhh listed below:

(2) A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
(3) An e-mail address where Duhh can contact you and, if different, an e-mail address where the alleged infringing party, if not Duhh can not contact you;
